TICKET POLICIES
General Ticket Policies

Children over the age of two need a ticket to attend performances. Children two and under are permitted to enter without a ticket provided they are seated on an adult’s lap.

All performances start on time. Patrons who arrive after the start of the performance will be directed to wait until an appropriate break and then may be seated in designated late seating, other than the ticketed seat locations.

The house opens approximately 30 minutes before curtain for seating.
Ticket Exchange and Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Please review your selections carefully before submitting your order. There are no refunds for a missed performance.
TICKET EXCHANGES
Tickets may only be exchanged into the same production and are based on availability. Tickets may not be exchanged after the performance has passed as we are then unable to re-sell the seat to another guest. If the performance/seat being exchanged into is more expensive than the original ticket, the difference in price must be paid.
CANCELLED PERFORMANCES
Due to the nature of live theater, dates, and times are subject to change. Westinghouse Arts Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule offerings at its sole discretion.
No refund applies if a performance is rescheduled. In the event that an event is cancelled and is not rescheduled, you may receive a refund of your ticket price, or you may apply your refund to a ticket for a future Westinghouse event.
TICKET DONATIONS
In the event you are unable to use your tickets, you are welcome to donate your tickets back to Westinghouse Arts Academy. Speak with a Box Office representative at least two hours prior to a performance.
Patrons with Accessibility Needs
Discount Ticket Programs
Westinghouse offers accessible for patrons who use wheelchairs, walkers, scooters or other mobility devices. Tickets are available online, by phone or at the door, but we recommend calling the Box Office so that we can discuss which seating options will best meet your needs.
Accessible Parking

GROUP SALES
Westinghouse Arts Academy can host groups of all types and sizes throughout the season, including churches, tour groups, fundraisers, professional organizations, businesses, social clubs and family reunions.
Our Group Sales department can help you customize your visit to make the most of your entertainment experience. It’s easy! Just gather a group of 10 or more to save BIG!
Priority Reservations
Ordering early is the best way to insure your group gets the best seats at the best price.
Complimentary Tickets
Groups of 20 or more receive one complimentary ticket for the group leader. In addition, motorcoaches receive one complimentary ticket for the bus driver.
Flexible Payment Options
Flexible payment options are available to help finalize your group's plans.
Educational Discounts
Local education institutions may wish to visit as a field trip. Please contact us about student matinees and our special education pricing.
STUDENT/ SENIOR PRICING
For most events, there is a student/ senior price for tickets. A student is anyone actively studying in an educational institution (proof of enrollment such as a student id may be required). Senior pricing starts for those 60 years old or older.
STUDENT RUSH TICKETS
For all Westinghouse Events, there are a limited number of "Student Rush Tickets" available. These tickets are $5 for current students. Rush Tickets are sold 10 minutes before curtain and are on a first come first serve basis.
FIRST RESPONDER/ MILITARY DISCOUNT
20% off full price tickets for police officers, EMTs, firefighters for all mainstage shows (does not include cabarets, concerts, special events). These tickets may only be purchased at the door or over the phone. (Valid form of id must be presented at pickup.)
EDUCATORS DISCOUNT
20% off full price tickets for teachers and school support staff for all mainstage shows (does not include cabarets, concerts, special events). These tickets may only be purchased at the door or over the phone. (Valid form of id must be presented at pickup.)
